Whether your a small team (5-15) or an individual looking to give back, we’re here to help! As part of our mission, HandsOn serves as a local volunteer center with “one stop shopping” for area community service projects. These events are hosted by other nonprofits who need your help!
First time users must first create a user profile.
Browse the calendar to find your perfect fit. You can see which nonprofit is hosting the event, date, time, number of volunteers needed and number of remaining volunteer spots.
You can respond individually or as a team (if the nonprofit allows it).
Your contact information is then sent directly to the nonprofit volunteer coordinator who will contact you directly about the service event.
Need proof of volunteer hours? Easy! From your user profile page on the top upper right, click View your Volunteer Resume to download and print.
Reminder! Only projects that state HandsOn New Orleans or United Way HandsOn Volunteer Center are directly managed by our team.
